Maryland based, woman and minority-owned road construction company. For more than twenty-five years as a family owned business, the company has supported city, state, and local government in a broad range of road construction services. These services include asphalt manufacturing, milling and grinding, asphalt overlay and maintenance programs, concrete paving, streetscapes, and snow removal. Established in 1985, the company has grown into a diverse, multi-disciplined corporation providing quality services across the state of Maryland.
As of July 2010, the company became the only company in the state of Maryland that provides a portable asphalt testing laboratory-certified and approved by the state highway administration.
M Luis Construction is the parent company of M Luis Products, LLC which is an asphalt producer located in Montgomery County, MD. M Luis Products is an MDOT, WBE/WBENC asphalt manufacturer.
