Landmark Elevator was founded in 2001 with a vision of providing expert elevator service and non-proprietary solutions. We are a merit shop full-service elevator company with a passion for the industry. We are achieving a higher standard of elevator service for the Mid-Atlantic region. Membership enables us to network with other firms in the elevator trade and to stay current on the latest technology. Furthermore, we can provide benefits and training to our employees. Membership to the NAEC is completely voluntary and is not politically based on union/non-union orientation. Unfortunately, other training programs will grant automatic status to individuals if they agree to sign a labor agreement. The Certified Elevator Technician (CET) training program is a nationally recognized program. Trained and certified mechanics must complete annual re-certification and mandatory continuing education. The program has a very stern oversight that does not allow honorary certifications like some other programs. As modern technology continually impacts the elevator trade, the CET program should be a requirement for all elevator contractors working on your property. Visit www.naec.org for more information.
