Gibraltar Construction Company, Inc. is an award winning construction contractor with over 45 years of experience in a variety of renovation, remodeling, and construction projects for both the private and public sectors. Since 1972, we have performed renovation/remodeling work as it pertains to the public and private multi-residential industry, including but not limited to, HUD/subsidized/non-profit housing, college and university residences, military housing, and hotel/motel markets.

GCCI Inc. began as a specialist in kitchen and bathroom modernization, successfully completing well over 150k units of kitchens and bathrooms for public housing authorities throughout the country. Over the years, our experience range has broadened to include a much more diverse array of renovation and remodeling projects. We have completed entire interior rehabs both in occupied and unoccupied spaces, and comprehensive interior/exterior renovations involving relocation of tenants on the owner’s schedule. We have replaced entire plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.  Our projects have included energy efficient and alternative energy systems. GCCI Inc. has also successfully completed HUD Rental Demonstration Program (RAD) projects.

While we normally utilize our own personnel to perform most renovation/remodeling projects, we also have extensive experience managing subcontractors on larger, comprehensive jobs. As construction manager, GCCI Inc. has managed both interior and exterior subcontractors, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, finish, concrete, asphalt, site utility and landscape subcontractors. We are a capable and evolving company ready for new challenges in the performance and management of construction and renovation.
