In 1992, Roy Flores created Choice Concrete Construction in the suburbs of Washington DC after honing his skills with previous companies, since the 1980s. Roy is well-respected for his passion, his strong work ethic, and most of all, his honesty. Now with over 20 full-time employees, these guiding principles are with us every day and on every project.
Our project managers and highly-trained crew members have successfully completed thousands of residential construction projects and have experience in dealing with numerous communities and their governing bodies.
