Capital City Flooring is a full-service flooring company headquartered in Sterling, VA. In the last 10 years business partners and cousins, Arjang and Arash Moazzez, have grown the business to handle any size project with general contractors, facility managers, and end-users. Together they have combined over 30 years experience in the commercial flooring industry. Commercial offices and Corporate Tenant fit-outs including education, healthcare, government, and law firms are just a few examples of the types of projects we handle.
