BAMs Landscaping was established in 2010, though the company actually started operations back in 2004. Initially BAMs Landscaping was a way for the owner (Brett McCurdy) to make some extra money during the summer months of his high school years. Back then he drove a Mercury Tracer sedan, which is a rather small car, with the trunk popped open to fit a mower, a trimmer, and a blower in the backseat. He then upgraded to a PINK chevy blazer, which didn’t help his popularity, but did help in towing a trailer, and allowed Brett to offer new services to his growing list of loyal customers.
Brett ran BAMS Landscaping off and on throughout his college years, until he finally decided to make everything official in 2010. He considers himself very lucky that during the first few years, the small group of employees he had were so dedicated to the company. So dedicated in fact that they continue to work for the company to this day.
