Since its founding in 1988, AMSI has grown to become one of the leading commercial mechanical contractors in the DC Metro area.
Built through years of high level quality and performance, AMSI exists today as an established and respected member of the construction and service industry. Yet we still strive to continue evolving and advancing in the commercial HVAC market with experience, energy, and innovation.
With a full-time staff of nearly 100 employees, AMSI’s construction division has shifted its focus to scopes up to $10M in the following markets: multi-family, education, government, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, churches, restaurants and interiors. We perform Plan & Spec and Design-Build/Assist projects, and also maintain a growing commercial service and maintenance division.
