About Our Company
Based upon decades of experience within the vertical transportation industry, Action Elevator was founded upon the belief that the elevator service industry is falling terribly short in meeting the needs of their customers. It is a feeling that is palpable in our daily discussions with new clients. Whether it is a property manager, building owner, or facility manager there exists a recurring theme of frustration with not only the condition of their equipment but also the difficulty with which they have in obtaining the elevator services that they so desperately need. After an extensive career which included positions as a field mechanic, a successful private company owner, a service manager for a major elevator service provider, a QEI inspector and a consultant, John Marshall founded Action Elevator on the principles of dedicated customer service, an honest devotion to sound maintenance performance, and the belief that profit is not the bottom line.
