Gipe Associates, Inc. was established in 1977 to provide quality mechanical and electrical engineering to public and private sector clients. Over the years, Gipe Associates, Inc. has worked for Federal, State and Local government agencies, the Department of Defense, Colleges and Universities, numerous school systems and noteworthy corporate and private clients to meet their needs on many challenging projects. The firm’s experience includes all major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems interior to the building, as well as campus-wide mechanical and electrical utility distribution.
Our philosophy is to provide quiet, high-performance, yet energy-efficient facilities. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems should produce very tight temperature and humidity control without being noticeable to the occupants.
