Contractor license:
– Virginia mechanical contractor class A license. licensed to do business in Virginia, Maryland and district of Columbia.
insurance:
– we carry $2,000,000 in general liability, $5,000,000 umbrella liability, $1,000,000 auto and $1,000,000 in worker’s compensation.
bond:
– we are bondable up to $10,000,000. our bond rate is 1.5% of the total contract value.
