Our History
Kenneth Wingate founded North Point Builders in 1988 with a vision to provide personalized and professional construction services to his local Baltimore community. Over the past 30+ years, he has grown the company with individuals who share the same passion and dedication to helping every client accomplish their goals based on their unique needs and situation. Our team of 45 professionals is enthusiastic about building relationships, understanding our client’s perspective, and delivering exceptional projects. Today, our personally-vested team brings their expertise to the healthcare, mission critical, research, k-12 schools, higher education, government agency, commercial, public safety, and religious/non-profit markets of the Baltimore area and surrounding communities.
